Working Principle
The electric actuator receives control signals(4–20mA/0–10V or digital commands)and drives the valve stem to rotate via a gear reduction mechanism.The stem’s linear motion lifts or lowers the round gate:
Fully Open:Gate retracts completely,allowing unobstructed coal flow with minimal pressure loss.
Fully Closed:Gate seats tightly against the sealing surface,blocking flow completely.
Modulating:Precise gate positioning for flow regulation(optional modulating actuator).
