Construction&Materials
Body:Carbon steel or stainless steel(SS304/316L),pressure-resistant and wear-resistant.
Mixing Plates:Multiple layers of inclined or perforated plates inside,arranged in a staggered pattern to create strong turbulence.
Shaft&Drive:Heavy-duty shaft with gear motor,low speed and high torque,stable operation.
Sealing:Mechanical seal+packing gland,prevents powder leakage.
Working Principle
Raw coal powder enters the mixing chamber from the top inlet.As it falls,the staggered plates repeatedly split,disperse,and recombine the powder flow.High-speed primary air carries the powder through the plate gaps,forming a swirling turbulent field.This 3D mixing action ensures coal powder and gas are blended into a homogeneous gas-solid mixture before entering the burner.
