The Double Blade Flue Baffle Valve is a high-stability dual-blade pipeline control device optimized for large-diameter flue ducts, high-air-volume exhaust systems and high-static-pressure industrial environments. Upgraded from traditional single-blade dampers, it adopts a dual-blade synchronous linkage structure to disperse wind pressure, reduce structural load and achieve more linear airflow regulation. It integrates precise flue gas adjustment, stable pressure balancing and reliable pipeline isolation functions, and is widely used in power plant flue systems, industrial boiler exhaust pipelines, desulfurization and denitrification equipment, cement and metallurgical kiln flue passages, and large-scale environmental protection dust removal systems. It is specially suitable for working conditions with large ventilation volume and high wind pressure where ordinary single-blade valves are prone to deformation and unstable regulation.
Structurally, the valve adopts a reinforced rigid frame and symmetrical double-blade synchronous rotating design.
