The Debris Separator for Coal Piping is a dedicated inline purification device installed on pulverized coal conveying pipelines.It intercepts and removes hard lumps,metal scraps,refractory fragments,oversized particles and miscellaneous debris mixed in coal powder.Widely used in thermal power plants,coal-fired industrial furnaces and coal gasification systems,it effectively prevents pipeline blockage,valve jamming,burner abrasion and equipment failure,ensuring stable and safe operation of the entire coal conveying system.
Working Principle
The device adopts a combined structure of flow guiding,collision interception and gravity settling.
When coal powder and mixed debris flow through the pipeline into the separator,the internal flow deflectors change the material flow direction and reduce flow velocity.
Light pulverized coal continues to pass through smoothly along the airflow and pipeline.
Heavy,large-sized and rigid debris loses kinetic energy,sinks down under gravity,and is collected in the dedicated storage bin at the bottom.
The separated debris can be discharged regularly or continuously via the sealed discharge port,without affecting normal coal conveying.
